Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern the use of the TweedBet Casino platform (“TweedBet”, “the site”, “we”, “us”). By registering an account, a player (“you”, “the player”) agrees to be bound by these terms in full. TweedBet reserves the right to amend these terms at any time; material changes will be notified to registered players by email or via an on-site notice.

2. Eligibility

  • Players must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal gambling age in their jurisdiction if higher.
  • One account is permitted per person, household, and IP address. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated winnings forfeited.
  • TweedBet does not accept players from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law. It is the player’s responsibility to confirm the legality of online gambling in their jurisdiction.
  • Employees of TweedBet, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not permitted to hold a player account.

3. Registration and Verification

Registration requires a valid email address, full legal name, date of birth, and residential address. TweedBet may request identity documents, including photographic ID and proof of address, at any time to comply with anti-money laundering and know-your-customer regulations. Withdrawals will not be processed until verification is complete. Providing false information during registration constitutes grounds for immediate account closure.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

Deposits may be made via the payment methods listed on the cashier page, subject to the minimum and maximum limits displayed at the time of transaction. TweedBet does not charge deposit fees, though third-party payment providers may apply their own charges. Funds deposited must belong to the account holder; third-party deposits are prohibited and will be returned to the originating source.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

  • Bonus offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion in addition to these general terms.
  • A standard wagering requirement of 35x the bonus amount applies unless otherwise stated.
  • Bonus funds expire 30 days after crediting if the wagering requirement is not met.
  • A maximum bet limit applies while any bonus is active; bets exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of winnings from that bet.
  • Game contribution rates towards wagering vary: slots contribute 100%, table games and live dealer games contribute 10%, unless stated otherwise for a specific promotion.
  • TweedBet reserves the right to refuse or withdraw a bonus, and to void associated winnings, where a player is found to have engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk betting patterns designed to minimise exposure while meeting wagering requirements.
  • One bonus offer may be active per account at any time unless stated otherwise.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed once account verification is complete and any applicable wagering requirement has been met. Processing times vary by payment method and are displayed on the payments page. Withdrawing while a bonus is only partially wagered results in forfeiture of the remaining bonus balance and any winnings derived from it. TweedBet reserves the right to request additional verification before processing a withdrawal above a certain threshold.

7. Responsible Gambling

TweedBet is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Tools available to every account include deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, a cooling-off period, and self-exclusion ranging from six months to a permanent account closure. Requests to decrease a limit take effect immediately; requests to increase a limit are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period. Self-excluded players will not receive marketing communications and will be unable to log in for the duration of the exclusion period.

8. Fair Play and Game Integrity

All games offered on TweedBet are supplied by licensed third-party providers and use certified random number generators, independently tested and audited by accredited testing bodies. The crash game uses a provably fair algorithm, allowing players to independently verify the fairness of each round’s outcome after it concludes. Published return-to-player percentages represent long-term theoretical averages and do not guarantee outcomes over any individual session.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

TweedBet reserves the right to suspend or close an account, and to withhold associated funds pending investigation, where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, use of prohibited software, or breach of these terms. A player may close their own account at any time by contacting support, subject to the completion of any pending transactions.

10. Limitation of Liability

TweedBet is not liable for losses arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or third-party payment provider errors. TweedBet’s total liability to any player under these terms is limited to the balance held in that player’s account at the time the liability arose.

11. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

Complaints should first be raised with customer support via live chat or email. Unresolved complaints are escalated to a senior support agent within 48 hours. Where a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be referred to an independent alternative dispute resolution provider in accordance with TweedBet’s operating licence.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TweedBet holds its primary operating licence. Any dispute not resolved through the complaints procedure above will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
